兰花菇俗称草菇,肉嫩味美,香若兰花,是我国出口的名产之一。发展兰花菇生产原料易得(只要稻草),工艺简单(妇孺老弱者均可操作),周期短(40天),收益大(每百斤稻草能收干菇3斤,价值近20元),成本低(只付菌种费)。兰花菇营养丰富,每百克干菇含粗蛋白37.13克,脂肪2.06克,还原糖9.88克,还有磷、钙、镁等营养元素,是对人体十分有益的食用菌。现将兰花菇的栽培要点及菌种制作简介于下:
