本文以体外培养的人食管癌(ECa109株)单层细胞及球体为模型,从细胞动力学角度考虑,比较分属周期非特异性药物和周期特异性药物的卡氮芥(BCNU)与氟尿嘧啶(5—FU)不同合并方案对两模型细胞的杀伤作用,以选出最佳给药方案,为临床合理的合并用药提供一定依据。 材料和方法 人食管癌细胞由中国医学科学院肿瘤研究所提供。细胞常规培养。 球体的制作:取2g链霉素小瓶,底上铺2%琼脂D—Hanks液1.5ml,高压灭菌,冷却后加盖
In this paper, we use in vitro cultured human esophageal cancer (ECa109 strain) monolayer cells and spheres as a model.
