目的探讨剖宫产瘢痕妊娠各种治疗方法的有效性。方法回顾分析2005年1月-2012年12月25例剖宫产疤痕妊娠患者的治疗方法及疗效。结果 25例患者中有12例采用药物治疗,8例介入治疗,5例行开腹手术治疗,所有病例随访B超及血HCG均恢复正常。结论剖宫产瘢痕妊娠宜早期诊断,只要指征把握得当,药物治疗、介入治疗及手术治疗各有利弊,但均安全有效。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of various treatment methods for cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2005 -2012 December 25 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy in patients with treatment and efficacy. Results Of the 25 patients, 12 were treated with drugs, 8 were treated with interventional therapy, and 5 were treated with laparotomy. All cases were followed up for B-ultrasound and blood HCG. Conclusion cesarean scar pregnancy should be diagnosed early, as long as the indications properly, drug treatment, interventional therapy and surgical treatment of each have advantages and disadvantages, but are safe and effective.
