南通港口管理体制改革已顺利完成。南通市港务管理局作为市政府的直属机构,主管全市沿江、沿海港口行政事务;南通港口集团有限公司作为市属大型港口企业,将按照“四自”的精神经营和发展。目前,港务管理局的职能配置、内设机构和人员编制已经出台,人员已全部到位,并按照职能正在开展工作;港口集团有限公司机关机构改革及人员调整也已完成,集团内部
Nantong port management system reform has been successfully completed.
