名山名水名茶,是我国特有的民族文化遗产。由于历史原因,未能充分发挥为精神文明建设服务,更少用现代科学手段去探索名茶山水之间的内在联系。为进一步探索名茶品质与山区立体气候之间的关系,选择我省景宁县惠明茶区作试点,在不同海拔高度和不同小气候的典型茶园中,设点观察气象因素和采集化学分析用的代表性样本。经1983~1985年三年重复,累积气象资料与化学成分数据,进一步证实不同海拔高度的小气候是形成高山茶好的主导因素。
Famous mountains and famous tea, is our unique national heritage. Due to historical reasons, it fails to give full play to the service of building spiritual civilization and seldom uses modern scientific means to explore the intrinsic connection between famous tea landscapes. In order to further explore the relationship between the quality of famous tea and the three-dimensional climate in the mountainous area, we selected the Huiming Tea Area of Jingning County in our province as a pilot. In the typical tea plantations with different altitudes and microclimates, we set the observation point for meteorological factors and for the collection of chemical analysis Representative sample. After repeated three years of 1983 ~ 1985, accumulated meteorological data and chemical composition data, it was further confirmed that the microclimate at different altitudes is the dominant factor in the formation of alpine tea.
