本文对Cu2S添加的Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O体系进行了低温电阻、X射线衍射和XPS研究.实验结果表明,加入少量的Cu2S能够降低高Tc相的形成温度,改善超导性能,加入Cu2S引起了Cu2P3/2谱的主峰向低结合能方向移动,并减少其卫星峰的面积.这表明Cu2S的加入减少了Cu2+的量,即导致空穴载流子浓度的减小.
In this paper, the low temperature resistance, X-ray diffraction and XPS of Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system added by Cu2S were studied. The experimental results show that adding a small amount of Cu2S can reduce the formation temperature of high Tc phase and improve the superconductivity. Adding Cu2S causes the main peak of Cu2P3 / 2 to move towards low binding energy and reduce the area of satellite peak. This shows that the addition of Cu2S reduces the amount of Cu2 +, resulting in a decrease in hole carrier concentration.
