中国石油化工股份公司分别于１０月１８日在纽约、１９日在香港和伦敦成功挂牌上市，含超额配售共筹资３７．２亿美元。这是至今为止我国惟一一家在香港、纽约、伦敦三地同时上市的特大型国有企业，也是今年继中国石油、中国联通之后又一家国家公司在境外上市。从此，中国石化这艘“航空母舰”已正式进入国际资本市场的海洋。《中国企业家》杂志记者牛文文、戚娟娟就上市以及上市后股份公司的发展等有关问题采访了中国石化集团公司总经理、中国石油化工股份公司董事长李毅中。现全文转载这篇专访。
Sinopec Corp. successfully listed in New York on October 18 and in Hong Kong and London on the 19th, including a total of US$3.72 billion in over-allocations. This is by far the only large state-owned enterprise listed in Hong Kong, New York and London at the same time. It is also a national company listed overseas after China Petroleum and China Unicom this year. Since then, Sinopec’s “aircraft carrier” has officially entered the ocean of international capital markets. “China Entrepreneur” magazine reporters Niu Wenwen and Qi Juanjuan interviewed Li Yizhong, general manager of China Petrochemical Corporation and chairman of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, for issues concerning the listing and development of joint-stock companies after listing.
