研究癌细胞的运动性和粘附性,是探索恶性肿瘤侵袭转移机理的重要方面。本研究应用改良的Boyden小室测得涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞系Acc-2和高转移细胞株Acc-M的体外运动能力,经统计学处理,高转移细胞株的运动能力明显高于Acc-2系细胞株;两种细胞克隆的体外粘附性也有较大的差别,说明在Acc转移过程中,癌细胞的运动性和粘附性起到重要的作用
Studying the motility and adhesion of cancer cells is an important aspect to explore the mechanism of invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors. In this study, the modified Boyden chamber was used to measure the in vitro exercise capacity of the human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line Acc-2 and the highly metastatic cell line Acc-M. The statistical analysis showed that the kinetic capacity of the highly metastatic cell line was significantly higher than Acc -2 cell lines; the two cell clones in vitro adhesion also have a greater difference, indicating that in the Acc transfer of cancer cell motility and adhesion play an important role
