据《中国青年报》报道,江苏响水农民刘洪昌因在今年2月10日震惊全国的响水“万人大逃亡”中涉嫌犯有编造、故意传播虚假恐怖信息罪,被响水县公安局于2月12日刑事拘留。2月18日,刘洪昌的代理律师称,刘昌洪被拘的罪名不成立。
According to the “China Youth Daily” report, Liu Hongchang, a ringtone farmer in Jiangsu, was deliberately spreading false terrorist information for being shocked by the loud noise in the country on February 10 this year.
