本文介绍了如何利用原子示踪技术研究轴流滚筒中作物流运动规律的方法;对于试验中有关的一些问题,诸如放射源的选择,安全防护,试验仪器标定及数据分析等也做了必要的说明。用此方法测定了作物在轴流滚筒内的运动轨迹,回转圈数,逗留时间,速度等重要参数。在原子示踪测试的基础上,进行力学分析得出的作物流运动的数学模型,以及利用电子计算机所做的模拟试验给出了作物流运动过程中完整的动态参数,为理论分析和设计研制工作提供了较可靠的依据。
This paper introduces how to use atomic tracers to study the law of crop flow in axial flow drum. Some problems related to the experiment, such as the choice of radiation source, safety protection, calibration of test instruments and data analysis, are also introduced Description. This method was used to determine the important parameters such as the locus of motion, the number of rotations, the length of stay, and the speed of the crop in the axial flow drum. On the basis of the atomic tracing test, the mathematical model of the crop flow motion which is obtained through mechanics analysis and the simulation experiment by the computer are given.
