职业培训正是确保了相异性,完成了人的社会区分,如果它不把自己局限于保护过时的成绩,而是允许时间和空间上的自治。所以,全球性的培训的目标不仅仅是为就业作准备,而应当在未来予以适当的拓宽。
Vocational training ensures the dissimilarity and completes the social distinction of people if it does not limit itself to the protection of obsolete achievements but allows time and space autonomy. Therefore, the goal of global training is not just to prepare for employment, but should be appropriately broadened in the future.
