口腔咽部原发鳞癌手术标本１４５例，男１００例，女４５例，平均年龄６２．６岁。其中口腔癌８４例，咽部癌６１例，治疗上采用手术、化疗、放疗或综合疗法。将标本石蜡包埋，制成５０ｐｍ切片，提取肿瘤部分单株细胞，行核ＤＮＡ染色，分别采用流式细胞计法（ＦＣＭ）和显微? There were 145 surgical specimens of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the oral pharynx. There were 100 males and 45 females with an average age of 62.6 years. There were 84 cases of oral cancer and 61 cases of pharyngeal cancer. Surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy or comprehensive therapy was used for treatment. Specimens were paraffin-embedded and made into 50 μm sections. The individual tumor cells were extracted and stained with nuclear DNA. Flow cytometry (FCM) and microscopy were used.
