黄酒,以其独特的酿造工艺和源远流长的酒文化,伴随着中国五千年文明史的发展,被人称为酒之国粹。随着社会的进步、经济的发展,黄酒渐渐处于一种名气大而市场小的尴尬局面,要改变这一局面,营造出一个崭新的黄酒大市场,就需要从转变观念入手,加强联合、培养名牌、加强营销工作、调整产品结构,以加强黄酒业的整体抵抗力,孕育出黄酒业新的希望、新的市场。——编者
Rice wine, with its unique brewing technology and a long history of wine culture, is accompanied by the development of China’s 5,000-year history of civilization and is known as the essence of wine.
