心肌营养素1(CT-1)是近年来新发现的生物标志物,CT-1对原发性高血压病的病理生理变化起着重要的调节作用。高血压患者CT-1血浆水平升高。CT-1参与了血管炎症、血管重构和心室重构的病理过程。血浆CT-1水平与高血压性心力衰竭相关,可辅助诊断高血压C期心力衰竭。基础性研究发现CT-1通过一氧化氮调节途径发挥降低血压的作用。CT-1基因1742(C/G)基因多态性GG基因型具有抑制心肌肥厚的作用。这些研究将为临床预防和治疗高血压病提供全新的思路。
Cardiac nutrient 1 (CT-1) is a newly discovered biomarker in recent years. CT-1 plays an important regulatory role in the pathophysiological changes of essential hypertension. Plasma levels of CT-1 are elevated in hypertensive patients. CT-1 participates in the pathological process of vascular inflammation, vascular remodeling and ventricular remodeling. Plasma levels of CT-1 are associated with heart failure in patients with hypertension and can be used to diagnose C-phase heart failure in hypertensive patients. Basic research found that CT-1 through the nitric oxide regulatory pathway to play a role in lowering blood pressure. The G-1 genotype of the 1742 (C / G) gene of CT-1 gene has the effect of inhibiting cardiac hypertrophy. These studies will provide a new idea for the clinical prevention and treatment of hypertension.
