目的了解甘南藏族自治州(简称甘南州)2006-2015年艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病例(简称HIV/AIDS病例)的流行特征及规律,为政府制定少数民族贫困地区艾滋病防控策略提供参考依据。方法对2006-2015年艾滋病综合防治信息系统中发现报告户籍地为甘南州的HIV/AIDS病例资料进行整理分析。结果2006-2015年甘南州累计报告HIV/AIDS病例41例,20~39岁占63.4%,男女性别比为3.56∶1,性传播占90.2%,男男同性性传播占24.4%,农牧民和家政服务占48.8%,未婚占46.3%,外地发现报告病例占85.4%。2009年发现1例,2013-2015年各发现9例。结论甘南州HIV/AIDS病例呈上升趋势,需加大政府投入和多部门合作力度,加强流动人口(流入地和流出地)艾滋病健康教育宣传和高危行为干预力度,控制艾滋病蔓延。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and laws of HIV / AIDS (HIV / AIDS) cases in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture (Gannan Prefecture) between 2006 and 2015 and to provide evidence for the government in developing HIV / AIDS prevention and control in poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas Strategy provides a reference. Methods The data of HIV / AIDS cases in Gannan Prefecture, where the domicile of report was found in the AIDS prevention and control information system from 2006 to 2015, were analyzed. Results A total of 41 HIV / AIDS cases were reported in Gannan Prefecture from 2006 to 2015, accounting for 63.4% of all patients aged 20-39 years. The sex ratio was 3.56: 1, sexual transmission was 90.2%, and male / male sex transmission was 24.4% 48.8% of them are domestic workers, 46.3% are unmarried and 85.4% of the reported cases are found in other places. 1 case was found in 2009 and 9 cases were found in each of 2013-2015. Conclusion The number of HIV / AIDS cases in Gannan Prefecture is on an upward trend. It is necessary to increase government investment and multi-sectoral cooperation so as to step up AIDS awareness education and high-risk behavior intervention among floating population (inflow and outflow) and control the spread of AIDS.
