采用10cm的立方体混凝土试件,进行了170个二轴受压和40个三轴受压强度的试验研究。试验用的三轴加载装置是自行研制的,由一个普通材料试验机和特制的二轴压力室组成,能进行任意应力比例的加载。试件表面的减摩垫层,使用二片2mm厚的聚四氟乙烯,中间涂有少许二硫化钼油膏。对二轴和三轴受压强度的试验结果进行了分析,提出了混凝土多轴受压强度的计算公式。文中还给出试件的典型破坏形态。
Using cubic concrete specimens of 10 cm, 170 biaxial compression tests and 40 triaxial compression tests were conducted. The three-axis loading device used in the test is developed by oneself. It consists of an ordinary material testing machine and a special two-axis pressure chamber. It can carry out any stress ratio loading. The friction pad on the surface of the test piece was made of two pieces of 2mm thick PTFE coated with a little molybdenum disulfide ointment. The test results of two-axis and three-axis compressive strength were analyzed, and the calculation formula of the multi-axial compressive strength of concrete was proposed. The text also gives typical damage patterns of the specimen.
