在公路养护过程中,为降低养护成本,使养护资金更多的投入到公路养护生产上来,使公路养护管理进入良性循环状态,进行成本分析是重要的成本管理环节。文章针对几种成本分析的方法:对比分析法,因素分析法,比较分析法和相关分析方法,结合工程中的例子对不同的方法进行了研究分析,揭示了各自的特点及适用性。结果表明,采用合适的成本分析方法,能有效的找到成本升降的原因,为今后的养护工作提供进一步节省成本的方向和途径。
In the road maintenance process, in order to reduce the cost of maintenance, make the maintenance fund more invested in the road maintenance production, and make the highway maintenance management enter a virtuous cycle. Cost analysis is an important cost management link. In this paper, several methods of cost analysis are analyzed, such as comparative analysis, factor analysis, comparative analysis and correlation analysis, combined with the examples in the project, to analyze and analyze different methods and reveal their own characteristics and applicability. The results show that using appropriate cost analysis can effectively find out the reasons for the cost increase and decrease the cost, and provide the direction and ways to further save the cost for future conservation work.
