Recent research by Japanese scientists shows that people who eat more fruits and mushrooms in their lives are at a lower risk of suicide. The study was coordinated by the Tokyo National Center for Coordination (WHO) by monitoring the diet of nearly 90,000 people aged between 45 and 74 years. About 60% of them are women.
