目的了解绿天使TMKXGF070A光催化空气消毒器的消毒效果。方法采用仪器法测定臭氧泄漏量、用紫外线照度计测定紫外线强度及泄漏量;空气消毒实验室试验和现场消毒试验检测光催化空气消毒器的消毒效果。结果臭氧泄漏量为0mg/m3、紫外线强度均值为60.57μW/cm2、紫外线的泄漏量为0μW/cm2;在20m3气雾室内开机作用60min和120min对人工污染在空气中的白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率各次分别为99.95%和100%;约70m3的密闭房间内开机120min后对空气中自然菌的消亡率均值97.54%。结论光催化空气消毒器集过滤、紫外线和光催化协同作用下对白色葡萄球菌和空气中的自然菌有良好的杀灭作用,可用于动态状态下的空气消毒。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of TMKXGF070A photocatalytic air sterilizer. Methods The ozone leakage was measured by instrumental method. The UV intensity and leakage were measured by ultraviolet light meter. The air disinfection laboratory test and field disinfection test were used to test the disinfection effect of photocatalytic air sterilizer. Results The amount of ozone leakage was 0mg / m3, the mean UV intensity was 60.57μW / cm2 and the UV leakage was 0μW / cm2. Staphylococcus aureus was killed in the air for 60min and 120min in the 20m3 aerosol chamber The rate of 99.95% and 100% respectively; about 70m3 in the closed room after 120min boot air natural bacteria extinction rate mean 97.54%. Conclusions The photocatalytic air sterilizer has a good killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus and natural bacteria in the air under the filtering and UV-photocatalysis synergism. It can be used for air disinfection under dynamic conditions.
