本实验以豆浆为基础,再配以蛋氨酸和苏氨酸。以全脂奶粉为对照喂养动物,以动物生长变化来评价氨基酸强化大豆蛋白质的效能。 (一)豆浆粉的制备第一、二两次豆浆为我们自制的。大豆制成豆浆后进行浓缩到一定的体积,然后混入到淀粉中,干燥成豆浆粉。第三次系外单位工厂喷雾干燥的豆浆粉。 (二)动物生长试验本实验为三批结果,实验周期28大。分为五组即奶粉组(对照组);豆浆组:豆浆+0.1%蛋氨酸;豆浆+0.2%蛋氨酸;豆浆+0.2%蛋氨酸+0.1%苏
