人老了,皮肤上出现了老年斑,听觉视力减退,动脉硬化,血压升高,性激素分泌大为减少,骨质疏松。实验研究证明,50岁以后,每增龄10岁,骨皮质厚度男性减少5%,女性为7%。有人统计,60岁以上男性,有10%发生骨质疏松症,而女性则高达40%左右。随着年龄的增大,全身各个系统都会出现相应的各种退行性变化,因而在行动上再也不能象年轻人那样活蹦乱跳、随心所欲了。作为一个老年人,做任何事,不管是日常的料理,还是参加体育锻炼和劳动,从总体上来讲,动作总是以缓慢一些为好。任何过剧过快的猛烈动作,都可能会招致意外的不良后果。
