作者报告300例口服胆囊造影,患者无选择地口服三种造影剂中的一种:胆乐林(Cholebrin,Iocetamic acid)95例,碘番酸101例,吡罗勃定(Biloptin,sodium ipodate)104例。所有患者一次剂量均为3克造影剂。服药后14小时摄一系列胆囊区照片,脂餐后30~40分钟再拍片。55例用3克剂量时胆囊未显影,一周后其中33例给予双剂量复查。检查结果:①胆囊显影良好者胆乐林占42%,碘番酸38%,吡罗勃定为32%,三者差异无统计学意义。②脂餐前胆总管显影率胆乐林为24%,碘番酸36%,吡罗勃定为20%,经统计学处理,以碘番酸为优。③服脂餐的256例中,脂餐后胆总管显影者胆乐林为47%,碘番酸52%,吡罗勃定44%,三者差别无统计学意义。但脂餐可提高胆总管显影率,
The authors reported oral cholecystography in 300 patients who were ophthalmically treated with one of three contrast agents: 95 cases of Cholebrin (Iocetamic acid), 101 cases of Ipomoec acid, and Biloptin (sodium ipodate) 104 cases. All patients had a single dose of 3 grams of contrast agent. 14 hours after taking a series of photos of the gallbladder area, 30-40 minutes after the meal film and then filming. Gallbladder was not developed in 55 cases with 3 g dose, and 33 cases were given double dose one week later. Examination results: ① Gallbladder development accounted for 42% of bile Le Lin, Ipomoec acid 38%, 32% of Pyroxidine, no significant difference between the three. ② before meals, the development of common bile duct cholecystokinin 24%, Ipomoec acid 36%, Piloseb as 20%, the statistical analysis to Ipomoec acid as excellent. ③ serving fat meal 256 cases, after the fat meal bile duct developers were 47%, Ipomoec acid 52%, Pyrozin 44%, the difference was not statistically significant.
