目的探讨POME-Ⅲ型光治疗仪治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法对2008年10月至2010年9月郑州市口腔医院牙周黏膜科152例RAU患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以POME-Ⅲ型光照和贴敷复方氯己定地塞米松贴膜,对照组单纯贴敷复方氯己定地塞米松贴膜,通过临床症状判定疗效。结果观察组患者溃疡愈合时间与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 POME-Ⅲ型光治疗仪治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of POME-Ⅲ light therapy instrument in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods From October 2008 to September 2010, 152 patients with RAU in periodontal mucosa of Zhengzhou Stomatology Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given POME-Ⅲ light and the compound chlorhexidine dexamethasone Film, the control group simply paste compound chlorhexidine dexamethasone film, to determine the efficacy of clinical symptoms. Results The healing time of ulcer in observation group was significantly different from that in control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion POME-Ⅲ light therapeutic apparatus for the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer obvious curative effect, worthy of clinical application.
