为配合《钢筋混凝土工程施工及验收规范》修订工作,1980~1982年我们对后张预应力孔道灌浆进行了专题试验研究,本文主要内容分述如下。一、水泥浆材性试验 1.流动度试验第一批水泥浆材性试验时,对水泥浆的稠度试验采用砂浆稠度仪测定,试验过程中,发现当所测定的稠度为12cm左右时,稠度仪的圆锥体有明显浮动现象,所测定的结果很不准确,后改用流动度测定器测定水泥浆流动度(图1),并与砂浆稠度仪侧定结果进行比较。
In order to coordinate with the revision of the “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete Works,” we carried out special experiments on post-tensioned pre-stressed channel grouting from 1980 to 1982. The main contents of this paper are summarized below. 1. Cement slurry property test 1. Fluidity test When the first cement slurry property test was conducted, the consistency test of the cement slurry was conducted using a mortar consistency meter. During the test, it was found that when the measured consistency was about 12 cm, the consistency meter was The cone has obvious floating phenomenon, and the measured result is very inaccurate. Then, the fluidity of the cement slurry was measured with a flow meter (Fig. 1), and compared with the results of the determination of the consistency of the mortar.
