基于激光刻蚀方法对导光板面板漆层的加工工艺进行研究,分析了激光束能量和光斑大小、激光刻蚀次数、加工距离精度对漆层刻蚀效果的影响。通过验证表明,采用激光刻蚀方法可实现导光板面板表面标记和字符的准确复刻修理。
Based on the laser etching method, the processing technology of the light guide plate paint was studied. The influence of laser beam energy and spot size, the number of laser etching and the processing distance precision on the etching effect of paint layer was analyzed. The verification shows that the laser engraving method can realize the accurate engraving and repair of the surface marker and the character of the light guide panel.
