本文针对砂带磨损机理的传统分析方法，提出了利用计算机对SEM图片进行自动定量分析的研究思想。利用计算机图象处理和模式识别理论及方法，通过对SEM图片上磨损平面面积的自动定量计算，实现了磨损高度值的自动测量。
In this paper, aiming at the traditional analysis method of abrasive wear mechanism of abrasive belt, the research thought of automatic and quantitative analysis of SEM images by computer is put forward. By using computer image processing and pattern recognition theory and method, the automatic measurement of the wear height value is realized by the automatic quantitative calculation of the wear plane area on the SEM picture.
