目的观察大鼠在模拟海拔5000 m高度低氧条件下60 min后血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、维生素B12(VB12)和叶酸(FA)水平的变化。方法 32只大鼠分为8组,每组4只,分为未缺氧对照组和缺氧后1、4、8、12、24、48、72 h组,共7个组。缺氧组模拟海拔5000 m高度低氧60 min,随后分别检测大鼠缺氧后各时间点血清中Hcy、VB12、FA浓度。结果血清Hcy含量对照组与24 h组差异显著(P<0.05);1 h组与24 h组差异显著(P<0.05);其它各缺氧实验组Hcy含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清VB12含量对照组与缺氧组差异非常显著(P<0.01);4 h组与72 h组差异显著(P<0.05)。各实验组血清FA含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缺氧条件可能引起大鼠血清Hcy和VB12浓度的改变。
Objective To observe the changes of blood homocysteine (Hcy), vitamin B12 (VB12) and folic acid (FA) in rats after simulated hypoxia for 5000 m at altitude of 5000 m. Methods Thirty-two rats were divided into 8 groups with 4 rats in each group. The rats were divided into 7 groups: hypoxia control group, hypoxia group, 1,4,8,12,24,48 and 72 h groups. Hypoxia group simulated altitude of 5000 m altitude hypoxia for 60 min, and then were detected at each time point after hypoxia Hcy, VB12, FA concentrations. Results The level of Hcy in the control group was significantly different from that in the 24 h group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the H group and the 24 h group (P> 0.05) ). Serum VB12 levels were significantly different between the control group and the hypoxia group (P <0.01), and there was significant difference between the 4 h group and the 72 h group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum FA levels between experimental groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Hypoxia may cause changes of serum Hcy and VB12 concentrations in rats.
