初采器作为唯一与运输输送带有相互作用关系的装置,其稳定性不只影响着整个采制样系统的稳定性,还直接影响到主运输输送带的正常工作及生产安全。采样机断电保护装置是为了避免断电后初采器影响到主输送带而研制的,该装置能够实现在采样机突然断电时,依靠自带蓄能器提供动力,将切割器旋转出煤流,避免发生生产事故。基于AMESim对断电保护装置的液压机械部分进行仿真分析,对其断电工作工况进行模拟。通过仿真分析,可以得出随着蓄能器初始工作压力的增加及电机制动扭矩的减少,断电保护动作后采样头的旋转角度是线性增加的,同时斜率有个微弱的变化过程。
