社区音乐教育直观上可划归为三种相互独立而又相关的独特属性:社区性、音乐性与教育性,三者相辅相成,缺一不可。其中,社区性决定了社区音乐教育的存在空间、音乐性决定了社区音乐教育的存在形式、而教育性则决定了社区音乐教育的存在目的。但通过笔者对西安市九区的调查研究发现:西安市多数市民对社区音乐教育在整体认知上存在多种误区,可概括为社区性、音乐性、教育性三方面的问题,而这亦对本市社区音乐教育的整体规划与具体实施产生了一定的障碍。以下将进行具体分述。
Community music education can be intuitively classified into three independent but related to the unique attributes: community, music and education, the three complement each other, are indispensable. Among them, community determines the existence of community music education space, music determines the existence of community music education, and education determines the existence of community music education purposes. However, according to the author’s investigation and research on the nine districts of Xi’an, the author finds that most citizens in Xi’an City have various misunderstandings on the overall cognition of community music education, which can be summarized as three issues of community, musicality and education. The city’s community music education overall planning and implementation of certain obstacles. The following will be specific points.
