目的 观察gsp癌基因在国人肢端肥大症患者垂体肿瘤中的表达。 方法 采用PCR DNA直接序列分析方法 ,观察 18例肢端肥大症患者垂体肿瘤组织中 gsp癌基因的突变。 结果 18例病人中 6例 (3 3 .3 % ) gsp癌基因阳性 ,4例位于编码Gsα 2 0 1号密码子上 (3例为CGT→TGT ,1例为CGT→CAT) ,2例位于编码Gsα 2 2 7号密码子上 (CAG→CTG)。结论 gsp癌基因在国人肢端肥大症患者垂体肿瘤中的表达率与国外一致 ,是垂体生长激素腺瘤发生的重要原因之一。
Objective To observe the expression of gsp oncogene in pituitary tumors in Chinese patients with acromegaly. Methods PCR sequence analysis was used to detect the mutations of gsp oncogene in pituitary tumor in 18 patients with acromegaly. Results Six of the 18 patients (33.3%) were positive for the gsp oncogene, 4 were on the codon encoding Gsα 210 (3 CGT → TGT and 1 CGT → CAT), and 2 Encoding Gsα 2 2 7 codon (CAG → CTG). Conclusions The expression rate of gsp oncogene in pituitary tumors in Chinese people with acromegaly is the same as that abroad. It is one of the important reasons for the occurrence of pituitary growth hormone adenoma.
