(一)引言今年三月全国机械工业会议在北京开会时,华东工业部曾经把上海制造的若干工具机运往展览,当时一般批评都认为品质虽然还不到标准,但在国产工具机中,比较还算是最好的,各方面因之有一种印象,觉得精密工具机的制造应该是上海机器业今后重点工作之一。的确,上海工具机制造业有悠久的历史,拥有一批手艺精良的技工,不少厂家的负责人本身都是工人出身,在多年实际工作中累积了可贵的经验,在设备简陋和营业情形长期不稳定的情况下,辛苦地创立了一点基础,有了一点成就。无论这点成就和基础是如何薄弱将来的发展必须珍视这点基础郤是无疑的。 (I) INTRODUCTION When the National Machinery Industry Conference was held in Beijing in March this year, the East China Ministry of Industry had shipped certain machine tools made in Shanghai to the exhibition. At that time, general criticism believed that although the quality was less than the standard, it was compared among the domestic machine tools. It is still the best, because there is an impression in all aspects that the manufacture of precision machine tools should be one of the key tasks of the Shanghai machine industry in the future. Indeed, Shanghai’s machine tool manufacturing industry has a long history. It has a group of well-crafted craftsmen, many of whom are themselves workers. They have accumulated valuable experience for many years of practical work, and they have long-term equipment and business conditions. In an unstable situation, we have created a bit of hard work and achieved a bit of success. No matter how weak this achievement and foundation are, the future development must cherish this foundation.
