2005年是中国“十五”计划的收官之年,也是中国加入世界贸易组织后的第4年。这一年中国进出口贸易总额达到1.42万亿美元,其中出口值最大的前200位企业合计占全国外贸出口总值的29.1%,而进口值最大的前200位企业合计占全国外贸进口总值的37.8%。这些在国际市场上呼云唤雨的大卖家和大买家, 无疑代表着中国外贸发展的主流方向。根据中国海关统计数据排列出的年度“中国外贸200强”已连续推出5届。本期,《商务周刊》杂志与《中国海关》杂志联合推出“2005中国外贸200强”专题。这些200强企业值得我们尊敬与欢呼。但同时,与生俱来的忧患意识提醒我们还需保持清醒和冷静。自去年起,我们就在为现行的进口战略而急,为现行的出口战略而惑。一年后的今天,我们虽然已经惊喜地嗅到了改变的气息,但这还远远不够。中国的对外贸易增长方式, 显然到了一个本质性的转折点。构建成熟的中国外贸战略与战术已经刻不容缓。
2005 is the closing year of China’s Tenth Five-Year Plan and the fourth year after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization. During this year, China’s total import and export trade reached 1.42 trillion U.S. dollars, of which the top 200 exporters with the largest export value accounted for 29.1% of the total export value of the country, while the top 200 importers with the largest import value accounted for the entire country 37.8% of the total import value of foreign trade. These big sellers and big buyers who call for help and ravages on the international market undoubtedly represent the mainstream of China’s foreign trade. According to China Customs statistics, the annual “Top 200 Chinese Foreign Trade” has been launched for 5 consecutive years. In this issue, Business Week Magazine and China Customs jointly launched the “2005 China Top 200 Foreign Trade” project. These 200 companies deserve our respect and cheers. But at the same time, the inherent sense of urgency reminds us that we still need to be awake and calm. Since last year, we are anxious about the current import strategy and are confused by the existing export strategy. A year later today, although we have been pleasantly surprised to smell the change, it is not enough. It is clear that China’s mode of growth in foreign trade has reached an essential turning point. It is an urgent task to build a mature strategy and tactics for China’s foreign trade.
