伴随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的启动,我国在中小学教科书建设上确立了“在统一的基本要求的前提下实行多样化”的方针,形成“一标多本”的局面,为中小学教科书选用制度的建立提供了前提和基础。建设具有中国特色的教科书选用制度就必须把握住基础教育改革的顶层设计,加强考试制度的改革和教科书的立项、审定制度建设,建立科学、严谨的选用程序。
