过去铅电解一直沿用单一方向的直流电解,电解过程中,容易产生阳极钝化,影响电解效率和质量。沈阳冶炼厂在“鞍钢宪法”光辉旗帜的指引下,制成了我国第一台铅周期反向电解±8000安培可控硅供电装置,于去年4月至8月投入大型工业试验。冶金部和一机部委托辽宁省冶金局和北京市机械局于去年9月在沈阳召开了鉴定会,到会43个单位的72名代表,一致认为这台装置经过半年多的试验运行,效果良好,满意地实现周期反向电解工业化
