本文对无人机双发助推的同步性进行了研究。研究对象是CK-1M遥控机。实现多发助推的同步性,关键是推进剂特性参数和面喉比保持稳定,确保平衡压强的一致性。此外,点火药量容差及并联电路点火,也是实现多发助推同步性的重要因素。本文采用放样吊线法安装助推器,确保安装精度和左右对称,从而保证了力的精确传递方向,避免了附加力矩的产生。经台架试验和试飞验证,CK-1M双发助推的同步性良好。
In this paper, the synchronization of UAV double launch is studied. The research object is CK-1M remote control machine. To achieve synchronicity of multiple boosts, the key is to maintain the characteristic parameters of propellants and the ratio of face-throat to be stable and ensure the consistency of pressure balance. In addition, ignition dose tolerance and ignition of parallel circuits are also important factors in achieving synchronicity of multiple boosts. In this paper, lofting suspension line method to install booster, to ensure the accuracy of installation and left and right symmetry, thus ensuring the accurate transmission of force direction to avoid the generation of additional torque. The bench test and test flight verification, CK-1M dual-boost synchronization.
