目前设计四辊轧机广泛采用类比法来确定其结构参数,然后进行强度、刚度验算、所得结果不是最佳的。本文采用优化设计方法运用电子计算机设计四辊轧机工作机座结构参数。文中采用两种方案对1700热连轧机精轧机座参数进行优化设计,并与某厂1700热连轧机进行对比,结果表明:在机架重量相同情况下,优化设计后可使工作机座总变形降低9.5%左右;在机座总形相当的情况下可使机架重量减轻16.7%左右。
