1目的 解决白血病化疗过程中药物的副作用和白血病细胞的抗药性。2方法 将人工合成的与 C-myb基因起始密码子 2~ 7互补的反义寡聚脱氧核苷酸 (ASO)和化疗药物阿糖胞苷 (Ara- c)联合作用于急性粒细胞白血病 (AML)细胞 ,观察其对细胞活力、DNA合成、集落形成和凋亡的影响。 3结果 ASO可明显提高白血病细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。 4结论 ASO和化疗药物联合应用可望成为根治白血病的一项新手段
1 Objective To solve the side effects of leukemia chemotherapy drugs and leukemia cell resistance. 2 Method Synthetic antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (ASO), which is complementary to C-myb gene start codon 2 ~ 7, and chemotherapeutic drug cytarabine (Ara-c) act in combination on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells and observe their effects on cell viability, DNA synthesis, colony formation and apoptosis. 3 Results ASO can significantly improve the sensitivity of leukemia cells to chemotherapy drugs. 4 Conclusion The combination of ASO and chemotherapy drugs is expected to become a new cure for leukemia
