在发展社会主义市场经济的新形势下,要坚持全心全意依靠工人阶级的方针,落实职工主人地位,增强企业凝聚力,必须正确处理企业领导者与职工群众的关系。处理这种关系的一种切实可行的办法是实施巡视管理。所谓巡视管理,是指通过企业各级领导者深入现场巡视,沟通和加强上下联系,获得真实情况,加深认识企业战略的一种管理方法,其核心是领导者能倾听各种不同意见。人是企业最主要的资产把人而不是把物视为企业最主要的资产,是实行巡视管理的基础,也是取得巡视管理成功的关键。1.职工是企业活力的源泉一家企业的成与败之间的真正差别,在于它把职工的干劲和才智发挥多少出来。这就是说,企业活力的源泉,不在于它的组织结构形式或管理技巧,而在于职工的积极性、智慧和创造力。因此,企业必须关心人,充分调动职工的积极性,集聚职工的智慧,使职工的命运与企业的命运紧紧地连在一起。唯此,企业才能在市场竞争中立于不败之地。
In the new situation of developing a socialist market economy, we must adhere to the principle of wholeheartedly relying on the working class, implement the status of the staff and workers, and strengthen corporate cohesion. We must correctly handle the relationship between the leaders of enterprises and the workers and the masses. A practical way to deal with this relationship is to implement patrol management. The so-called “surveillance management” refers to a management method that deepens the understanding of the company’s strategy through in-depth inspections at various levels of the company’s leaders, communication and strengthening of upper and lower contacts, and the core of which is that leaders can listen to different opinions. People are the most important assets of an enterprise. People, not objects, are regarded as the company’s most important asset. They are the basis for implementation of patrol management, and they are also the key to successful patrol management. 1. Employees are the source of enterprise vitality The real difference between a company’s success and failure lies in how much it exerts its staff’s energy and intelligence. This means that the source of corporate vitality is not its organizational structure or management skills, but the enthusiasm, wisdom, and creativity of its employees. Therefore, companies must be concerned about people, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, gather the wisdom of employees, and make the fate of employees tightly linked with the fate of enterprises. Only in this way can companies be invincible in market competition.
