目的:研究新合成的血小板激活因子受体拮抗剂反式-2,6-双(3,4二甲氧苯基)-四氢吡喃(SZ-1)对沙土鼠脑缺血的保护作用。方法:结扎沙土鼠两侧颈总动脉造成短暂性脑缺血,缺血时间为10min,再灌注时间为5d。处死后计数沙土鼠海马CA1区750μm长度内神经无数。在缺血前30min腹腔给SZ-1(10mg/kg),比较假手术组、缺血组及给药组存活的神经元数。结果:缺血组神经元的存活数较假手术组非常显著的减少(从153.5±1.6下降到37.4±11.7,P<0.01),10mg/kgSZ-1可使神经元存活数显著增加(从37.4±11.7上升到134.8±7.4,P<0.01)。结论:SZ-1对沙土鼠脑缺血引起的神经损伤具有良好的神经保护作用。
AIM: To investigate the protective effect of trans-2,6-bis (3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) -tetrahydropyran (SZ-1), a newly synthesized platelet activating factor receptor antagonist, on cerebral ischemia in gerbils . Methods: Twenty-two hours after cerebral ischemia, the ischemic time was 10 minutes and the reperfusion time was 5 days.
