杨军,1970年出生,1991年6月参加工作,1999年10月加入中国共产党,历任绛县安峪镇科技副镇长,镇党委副书记、纪委书记,2005年6月调任县水务局工会主席(副科级)。2012年11月,杨军利用负责大交镇集中供水改扩建工程之便,安排该项目部法定代表人王某与县建筑公司签订了虚假施工合同,实际上却将该工程交由大交镇集中供水站站长王某施工,并通过建筑公司账户转出由县水务局拨付
Yang Jun, born in 1970, joined the work in June 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1999. He successively served as deputy chief of science and technology, secretary of the Party Committee and Commission for Discipline Inspection of Anyyu Town in Jiangxian County. In June 2005, he was transferred to the labor union of the Water Resources Bureau Chairman (Deputy Division level). In November 2012, Yang Jun took charge of the renovation and extension project of Dakao Town for centralized water supply and arranged the legal representative Wang of the project department to sign the false construction contract with the county construction company. In fact, he submitted the project to Dakao Town Wang Wang centralized water supply station construction, and transferred through the construction company accounts allocated by the County Water Authority
