以骨胶为原料,采用降解、交联及乙醇改性等方法,制备出一种耐水性较好的骨胶胶粘剂。研究了水胶比(质量比)、碱量、醇胶比(质量比)、改性温度及改性时间等因素对骨胶胶粘剂耐水性的影响。结果表明:制备乙醇改性骨胶胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件为水胶比1.5∶1.0、w(NaOH)=1.5%、醇胶比4∶50、改性温度40℃及改性时间40 min;在最佳工艺条件下制得的改性骨胶胶粘剂,其耐水性相对较好(开胶时间22 h),剪切强度降幅相对最低(仅4.6%)。
Gum as raw material, using degradation, crosslinking and ethanol modification and other methods to prepare a good water resistance bone glue adhesive. The effects of water-binder ratio (mass ratio), alkali amount, alcohol to rubber ratio (mass ratio), modification temperature and modification time on the water resistance of adhesive were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of ethanol-modified bone glue adhesive were water-to-rubber ratio 1.5:1.0, w (NaOH) = 1.5%, alcohol-rubber ratio 4:50, modification temperature 40 ℃ and modification time 40 min. The modified adhesive prepared under the best conditions has relatively good water resistance (open time 22 h) and the lowest shear strength (only 4.6%).
