大学生学习和个人发展指导日渐成为高校教育工作者关注的重要方面。目前,国内现行的大学生学习和个人发展指导实践持续时间短、覆盖面窄、内容笼统含糊,通常局限于步调一致的疾风骤雨式的大学新生入学教育。对法语专业学生而言,他们的心理需求和学习过程更需要关注。而现行指导措施的针对性不强,对这些学生成长过程的实际指导意义有限。华南师范大学法语专业针对上述不足,在过去数年进行了一系列的改进措施,关注学生学习进程,优化指导方法,从而促进法语教学和学生的健康发展。
The guidance of college students learning and personal development has become an important aspect of college educators. At present, the current guidance and practice of undergraduates in learning and personal development have short duration, narrow coverage and general vagueness. They are usually confined to the unmastered freshman entrance education. For French majors, their psychological needs and learning processes need more attention. However, the current guidance measures are not well-targeted and have limited practical guidance on the growth of these students. In response to the above shortcomings, the French major of South China Normal University conducted a series of improvement measures in the past few years, focusing on the learning process of students and optimizing the guidance methods so as to promote the French teaching and the healthy development of students.
