在鞍钢化工厂职业性皮肤病调查中,于1975年与1987年分别发现2例皮肤癌,均为鳞状上皮肤癌。2例患者职业史均在30年以上。接触煤焦油、沥青,并且都是在从事煤焦油作业的过程中,不慎发生皮肤外伤,并在伤口未愈合的情况下,继续接触煤焦油类致癌物质5-9个月发病。这提示在伤口未愈合的情况下不应再接触煤焦油、沥青等有害物质。
In Anshan Iron and Steel Chemical Plant occupational skin disease survey, in 1975 and 1987 were found in 2 cases of skin cancer, are squamous cell carcinoma. 2 patients occupational history are more than 30 years. Contact with coal tar, asphalt, and are engaged in the process of coal tar inadvertently skin trauma, and in the case of wound healing, continue to come into contact with carcinogenic substances of coal tar 5-9 months of onset. This suggests that no contact with coal tar, asphalt and other harmful substances in the case of wounds did not heal.
