我国未来的卫生改革中需要借鉴的印度经验包括:建立综合、统一和高效的卫生管理体制,由国家卫生部负责医疗保险、服务提供和药品监管职能;明确划分中央和地方政府的卫生责任,中央负责全国性公共产品和服务的筹资;充分发挥公立医疗机构的社会功能;建立卫生服务提供的公司伙伴关系;提高农村卫生服务能力。
The Indian experience we need to draw lessons from in the future health reform in our country includes: establishing a comprehensive, unified and efficient health management system under the responsibility of the Ministry of Health in charge of medical insurance, service provision and drug regulatory functions; clearly defining the responsibility of health of central and local governments; Responsible for financing national public goods and services; give full play to the social functions of public medical institutions; establish corporate partnerships provided by health services; and improve the capacity of rural health services.
