通过在发动机性能试验台和反拖试验台上的大量试验表明,在小型二冲程汽油机进气管道上并联设计良好的谐振器,可使给气比有较大幅度提高,空燃比特性有明显改善,从而使全负荷低速扭矩增大5%以上;中小负荷下燃油消耗率降低10%以上。尤其在小负荷下,效果更为明显。同时,加装谐振器还可改善工况过渡圆滑性;降低怠速稳定转速;减少积炭;扩大发动机工作范围。本文最后简要介绍了谐振器自振频率、结构参数对进气性能的影响,从而为设计谐振器提供了某些依据。
Through a large number of experiments on engine performance test rigs and anti-drag test rigs, it is shown that a well-designed resonator in parallel with an intake pipe of a small two-stroke gasoline engine can greatly improve the gas supply ratio and significantly improve the air-fuel ratio characteristics , So that the full load low-speed torque increased by 5% or more; small and medium load fuel consumption decreased by 10% or more. Especially under light load, the effect is more obvious. At the same time, the installation of resonators can also improve the smooth transition of operating conditions; reduce idle speed and stability; reduce coke deposition; to expand the working range of the engine. At the end of this paper, we briefly introduce the natural frequency of resonator and the influence of structural parameters on the performance of the air intake, thus providing some basis for the design of resonator.
