本文是作者结合自己多年来的工作经验,具体论述了建筑结构设计的几项措施。由于框支-剪力墙结构上、下刚度突变,构件不连续,传力复杂,在地震作用下框支层将产生很大的内力和塑性变形,抗震性能差,易造成震害;转换层应力复杂,材料耗用量大,自重大,施工复杂,造价高,但框支-剪力墙结构可满足建筑物上、下不同功能的组合。
This article is the author combined his own work experience over the years, specifically discussed several structural design of the building. Due to the sudden change of the upper and lower stiffness of the frame-shear wall structure, the members are not continuous and the transmission force is complex, the frame-supported layer will produce great internal forces and plastic deformation under seismic action, resulting in poor seismic performance and easily causing seismic damage.
