中国汽车工业与世界汽车工业存在较大的差距。联合，是中国汽车工业的出路所在。中国汽车工业国内联合的目的在于资源的优化配置、先进技术共享及对有效市场空间的合理分配；国际联合的目的是使汽车工业与国际接轨，参与国际竞争。国内联合可以采取收购、资产置换、控股和技术共享等多种方式。国际联合要注意全方位引进技术和管理经验。在联合过程中要注意行政支持、国有资产盘活和处理好引进与自主发展的关系等问题。
China’s auto industry and the world automobile industry there is a big gap. Union, is the way out of China’s automobile industry. The purpose of domestic union of China’s automobile industry lies in the optimal allocation of resources, sharing of advanced technologies and rational distribution of effective market space. The purpose of international alliance is to bring the automobile industry into line with the world and participate in international competition. Domestic alliances can take a variety of ways such as acquisitions, asset replacement, holding and technology sharing. The international alliance should pay attention to the introduction of all-round technical and management experience. In the joint process, we should pay attention to such issues as administrative support, the activation of State-owned assets and the relationship between introduction and independent development.
