目的探索儿童生长发育过程中颅颌面骨骼的生长发育状况,为正畸临床诊断、治疗提供科学依据。方法调查125名11~15岁上海儿童颌面部上颌长度、下颌长度与手骨成熟度、身高及女性初潮年龄之间的关系。结果上海11~15岁儿童的手骨成熟度、上下颌长度及身高的增加呈现同步的趋势,女性较男性提前2年进入青春生长发育快速期,但13岁开始男性的生长速率明显超过女性,在手骨成熟度接近100%区域身高及下颌长度仍保持很大的生长潜力。结论儿童的手骨成熟度、身高与上下颌长度的变化有着密切关系
Objective To explore the growth and development of skull and maxillofacial bone during the growth and development of children and provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of orthodontics. Methods The maxillary length and mandibular length of maxillofacial region in 125 children aged 11-15 years were investigated in relation to the maturity, height and age of female menarche. Results The hand-bone maturation, maxillary-mandibular length and height of Shanghai children aged 11-15 years showed a synchronous trend. Compared with the male, the female entered the rapid stage of youth growth and development 2 years earlier. However, the growth rate of male was significantly higher than that of the female at the age of 13, Nearly 100% of the hand bone maturity area height and mandibular length still maintain great growth potential. Conclusion The hand-bone maturity and height of children are closely related to the changes of mandibular length
