对黑龙江省11所高职院校抽样调查结果显示:“双师型”教师占专任教师和专业课教师比例偏低;硕士以上学位教育占“双师型”教师比例偏低;“双师型”教师中从事专业理论课教学的人数偏多,从事实习实训课教学的人数偏少;具有高级技术职称、行业特许资格证书和专业资格或专业技能考评员资格的教师较少。为此,应建立健全高职院校“双师型”教师资格认证制度、培训体系和培训制度;充分发挥职教师资培训基地的功能;加强校本教研,提高“双师型”教师的执教能力;加强“双师型”教师的培养和兼职教师队伍建设;加大职技高师院校的改革力度,调整学科专业设置。
