为了解心脑血管等疾病患者红细胞变形能力(RCD)与血酯的关系,本文分别用激光衍射法和酶分析法检测了286例心脑血管疾病患者及30例健康对照组的RCD测量与血脂含量,并将二者进行相关分析。结果经t检验表明,病人组血脂含量较对照组明显升高.差异极显著(P<0.01);病人组的RCD明显低于正常对照组,差异也极显著(P<0.01);病人组的RCD与总胆固醇(TC)呈负相关,在心脑血管疾病中P<0.05,而在伴有血脂升高的高血压和糖尿病中P<0.01.以上研究提示,在心脑血管等疾病发生发展过程中,存在血脂与RCD的变化,检测二者对该病的预防和监测具有一定的意义.
